Based on an idea by Zak S: http://dndwithpornstars.blogspot.com/2011/05/quick-generator-for-when-you-need.html Programming by Jensan (jens@pushingcows.se) 2011-2012. Version 1.1. ----- How to add more entries: * Open up the file list.txt in your favourite text editor * Write each new entry on a new line * Save, and reload the page Lines that start with a # are considered a comment, which means it will be ignored when the file is loaded. ----- How to add more images: * Open up the folder "images" * All images here must follow chronological; 1.png, 2.png, 3.png and so on * Find the largest number, and save the new image with one plus that (so if the largest number was 3, your new image must be named 4.png) Images must end with png. ----- Tip: If you click "Export to new window", a new window opens up with the current generated set of cells. Only difference is that it is a pure/clean page, meaning it contains only the HTML for the generated cells. View source, copy and paste into your favourite program for after effects. (If you don't understand the above, that's ok. Just ignore it. If you do understand and see a point with it, I added that feature for you.) ----- FAQ Q: Why? A: Because the original idea is really creative and useful for dungeon making. I just needed the cells to be more random, and have some simple mean to add more. Q: I've printed out a copy, but I don't know how to use it. A: You need to read the excellent blogpost at http://dndwithpornstars.blogspot.com/2011/05/quick-generator-for-when-you-need.html Q: When I try to use a paper size, the final print looks awful. A: Try using "Fit to window". Q: The functionality of this page is horrible / Why haven't you implemented X and Y? A: I didn't want to cram too much into this project. But if you have some programming skills, just click "Download" and start changing! Q: I click "No images" / "Use images" but nothing happens. A: You need to "Randomize" again. Q: Why have images when there's only one available?? A: I'm no artist, but someone might find the function useful! Q: I don't understand the "Throw" button. A: Clicking "Throw" (the link on top next to "Print") lets you pretend you're dropping dice on the page. It will ask you to enter a list of die you want to use (or, if you don't care, just press ENTER and it will use 1d4, 1d6, 1d8, 1d10, 1d12 and 1d20). Press "Randomize" again to get the text back. Q: What's the mantra of Justice? I've looked everywhere! A: Go to Yew and ask around.
